The dedicated meter weight synchronous control system for blown film machines is available in five models: single-screw, double-layer co-extrusion, three-layer co-extrusion, five-layer co-extrusion, and seven-layer co-extrusion. It can achieve interlocking control of the main machine, traction, and winding. One to seven main machines can automatically control the output and display the proportion between each layer in real time. The output size of each layer can be customized according to the product specifications required by customers. The automatic control of one to twelve traction devices enables synchronous control, and each traction device is equipped with a fine-tuning function, allowing for free adjustment of the tension force.
